RAINFOREST RESOURCES INC. and its subsidiary RAINFOREST DEL ECUADOR are pleased to
announce the joint work with CEBA (Centro Ecuatoriano De Biotecnología Del Ambiente), an
Ecuadorian non-profit organization specialized as a Research, Development and Innovation
(R&D&I) institution, which provides scientific, technological and business support to the
Bioeconomy of Ecuador and Latin America, through the development of Bioscience,
Bioinnovation and Bioeducation, for which it has entered into an agreement with RAINFOREST
OF ECUADOR for the development of the first GENETIC BANK of endemic species of the
UKUMARI forest in order to obtain the maximum use and conservation of biodiversity. We will
work together to obtain the extract of QUININE, the development of bio products based on
medicinal and edible mushrooms, the use of plant biotechnology (in vitro) for the reproduction
of unique species such as orchids of the botanical genus LEPANTHES, among others.
